Tips, corrections, press, partnership inquiries . oNe address, real people, response within 2 business days.
One address runs the whole newsroom: editor@thepennybrief.com. Story ideas, questions about a guide, a source we should look at, or a company you want reviewed, it all lands in the same inbox, and a human reads every email. Davis Loui, our founder and publisher, is the person behind this address. There is no contact form, no ticket queue, and no bot. The promise in the sentence above holds: response within 2 business days. If you write on behalf of a company, see the partnerships note below first.
Think we got a fact wrong? Email editor@thepennybrief.com with CORRECTION in the subject line. Include the page, the sentence, and the source that says otherwise, a link is perfect. Every report gets checked against primary documents, not vibes. When we confirm an error, the article is fixed and a dated entry appears at /corrections/, covering what changed, why, and when. Being wrong is survivable. Hiding it is not. We would much rather you catch a bad number on our fee table now than sign paperwork trusting it later.
Companies and affiliates: please read our how we make money page before you write. We take no payment for placement, for scores, or for favorable words. Reviews stay independent. Partners see nothing before publication. A negative verdict costs us links, not edits. If that framework works for you, introduce yourself at editor@thepennybrief.com with PARTNERSHIP in the subject. Tell us who licenses you, what your fee schedule says, and what your complaint record looks like. We will read the documents, ask for the ones we can verify, and skip the pitch deck.
Journalists and researchers: email editor@thepennybrief.com with PRESS or DATA in the subject, and say what you need and when. We will share the public sources behind a figure and answer from primary documents: contracts, regulator filings, and complaint records. If we do not know something, we will say that instead of guessing for print. Requests that would expose a reader's information get a no, and an explanation of why. We are a small team, so a real deadline genuinely helps us help you.
